  • Security, inventory, handling, and storage of all testing materials
  • Orientation and Training of Test Administrators and Proctors
  • Distribution of materials to and from test examiners on test days
  • Administer make-up tests as needed
  • Filing and storage of score reports
  • Schedule Students (current and new students)
  • Changes and/or corrections to individual schedules
  • Registration and scheduling of new students (verify discipline, grade level, etc. with previous school)
  • Class leveling / student distribution
  • Consult with Faculty, Staff, and Administration as needed
  • Consult with Parents as needed
  • Coordinate (and attend) parent-teacher conferences as needed
  • Test score interpretation for parents and students
  • Consult with Community Agencies as needed
  • Report abuse / neglect as identified
  • Coordinate meetings for case workers and students
  • Refer students to appropriate agencies as needed.
  • Assist with Student Referrals (for Psychological/Behavioral Testing, Vision and for Hearing Tests, and provide appropriate records/documents.

  • Attend meetings as needed
  • Provide services and assistance for students and parents as provided for in the IEP 
  • Student Support/ RTI Team
  • Schedule meetings as needed
